I am a 71 year old guy and started training with Amy four months ago and will continue training with Amy, hopefully for many years. Prior to Amy, I worked out with another trainer for three years.  I find Amy to be very knowledgeable when comes to training holistically, considering not only core muscles but also with stretching and strengthening feet, ankles, shoulders, back, legs, hips, and shoulders.  She is especially helpful with developing stability and balance.  She is very pleasant to work with and is fussy about the details of form for every exercise.  Without a doubt, I would highly recommend her as your trainer.

Virtual Group Classes

Live virtual classes mean a real time Pilates workout, with personal feedback and some time with your Pilates community! You get so many benefits of a in-person workout; a progressing class based on your groups needs, person-to-person community, the ability to ask questions or ask for modifications…all from wherever you already are! Bonus: you can turn your camera off if you’re not feeling it that day ;-)

Two friends and I, all living in different cities, started Zoom classes with Reazin Pilates in April 2020. Here are two of my favorite things about class: 1. Amy creates the class around how our bodies are feeling; whether it is a pregnancy or overdoing it in the garden, she helps our bodies to heal and gain strength. 2. I have watched my friends get stronger with me. And bonus, Amy is wonderful! She is a good mix of pushing us to get better and reach our goals plus staying positive.
